The 4 Week Shred is all about shredding the stubborn excess weight through nutrition and resetting your body and gut health over the course of 30 days. The program is a set nutrition plan for one month following an allowed foods and drinks list. Because the 4 Week Shred is motivated around lowering inflammation, certain foods and drinks have been excluded from the lists such as gluten, alcohol and artificial sugars.
