Through Tayla's bespoke Personal Training sessions, she transforms her clients not only physically through their strength and ability but has a strong focus on gut health related wins as well such as improved menstrual cycles, clearing acne, energy increase and reducing bloating and inflammation.
Tayla Made Coaching includes:
A 12 week commitment to begin, sessions run for 45 minutes with a minimum one session per week, access to personalised training app and private group, nutrition and gut health support and body composition tracking.
Sessions are $90/session and payments are made through a direct debit system, weekly or fortnightly.
